A classic fruit infusion. The delicious combination of zingy tangerine pieces and juicy orange slices are packed with healthy Vitamin C making it a great fruit infusion for winter sipping to ward off winter colds and snuffles. Tangerine Temptation is also superb as a cold brew in summer served over ice as a long, refreshing drink. To make a cold infusion: select a heat proof jug and follow the ratio of water to weight as on the packet but initially scantly cover the infusion with boiling water and leave for 5 minutes. Then top up with the correct volume of cold water to the weight you have used. Leave in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.  Sieve and enjoy over ice with extra fresh orange or tangerine segments.

The dry infusion features large chunks of orange and tangerine slices interspersed with delicate yellow marigold petals, wild strawberry leaves and nibs of apple. The infusion brews a sunny pale yellow colour with a pleasing orange aroma. The taste is refreshing and juicy with dominant orange and tangerine notes and rounded off with a subtle smooth apple flavour. Delicious taken hot in winter or as a cold brew in summer. Naturally caffeine free.

For an interesting taste experience try with duck to replicate the classic pairing of duck with orange or drink at breakfast time to revive and wake the palate. Tangerine Temptation would also pair with any chocolate dish or dessert.

4 g to 200 ml water at 100 c for a minimum of 5 minutes, preferably 10 minutes.
