Mulled wine fruit infusion is the perfect non- alcoholic alternative to traditional mulled wine. It has a delicious taste very similar to mulled wine but with all the added health benefits of immune boosting and Vitamin C packed elderberries, rose hip and hibiscus.

The hot infusion once brewed can be kept warm over a burner to offer to guests as they arrive at Christmas time. Add slices of apple, orange pieces and cinnamon sticks for extra flavour.

Mulled wine fruit infusion is also great as a cold brew. Scantly cover the infusion with boiling water, leave to stand for 5 minutes and then top up with the correct volume of water to weight. Cover and leave in the fridge over night. Drain the infusion next morning and serve over ice with extra orange slices.

The brewed infusion can also be added to red wine to create the traditional mulled wine drink. Also its great used to make desserts, in trifles or to make a sauce over game, turkey or nut roast. The possibilities are endless and as exciting as your imagination!

The infusion is a colourful mixture of chunks of apple and slices of orange interspersed with pieces of rose hip and cut hibiscus, super healthy elderberries, whole cloves and pieces of cinnamon sticks all finished with the festive touch of slithers of dried mistletoe. On steeping the infusion brews a deep rich crimson colour and develops an aroma and taste very reminiscent of mulled red wine. It is packed with berry and aromatic spicy flavours with the slight dryness of red wine. This infusion is a real Christmas treat and the perfect non - alcoholic alternative to mulled wine
